This is a list of things which I
would do if allowed lots of time. If any of these, or something
else, would particularly help you, I encourage you to prod me, and I
may just do it! Or, if you would like to me help out, that
would be greatly appreciated.
- Change the pre-unbinding output format of VOBOZ to that of
ZOBOV, allowing better edge-detection before the unbinding step.
This, with a post-processing routine as there is for ZOBOV,
could potentially remove the "almost" from the paper title, making
VOBOZ entirely parameter-free. (ZOBOV now accomodates cluster-finding, but the resulting data format can't be fed into the unbinding step of VOBOZ.)
- Improve the memory handling of jozov/jovoz, so that segments
of the particle set can be analyzed independently, without loading
in the whole thing into memory. This would be difficult, but
doable.
