VOBOZ/ZOBOV

Hello, and welcome to the homepage for the halo-finding algorithm VOBOZ, and the void-finding algorithm ZOBOV. They were written by Mark Neyrinck, currently in the Dept. of Physics and Astronomy, Johns Hopkins University. Co-authors of the VOBOZ paper are Andrew Hamilton and Nick Gnedin. VOBOZ is designed to find dark-matter haloes in cosmological N-body simulations. ZOBOV is designed to find voids in possibly more general sets of particles.  Here is a collection of objects related to VOBOZ and ZOBOV:
O Latest release (v.1.3.2) Aug 23, 2011. Let me know if you'd like to be notified of future VOBOZ/ZOBOV releases, or if you have any questions/bug reports. This is an alpha release; please ask if you encounter problems.
O voboz1.3.2.tgz, the VOBOZ/ZOBOV source code, including the Qhull package, which does all the Voronoi tessellation and volume measurement.
O VOBOZ & ZOBOV documentation, including installation instructions.
O VOBOZ version history and intended upcoming changes.
O The VOBOZ paper (astro-ph) (final MNRAS), and the ZOBOV paper (astro-ph) (final MNRAS)(typo in ¶ before eq 3; remove first "{zi+1,j}").
O A VOBOZ wiki, very nicely created by Rick Wagner
O Listerine: an apparent VOBOZ proponent
The pink circles are pictures of a rhodochrosite sphere, displaying four "eyes" whose boundaries form a sort of Voronoi diagram.  Here is a bigger picture of it.

Apologies to all those with the surname of Zobov (whom I realized existed after naming this algorithm), especially the physicists, Nikolai and Mikhail, who might actually hear about this algorithm.
